NEW MEMBER APPLICATION
To apply for NHS, all prospective new members must complete the Google Form below. (The form is only open at the start of each semester. Spring 2024 applications are due before midnight on 1/28/24.
This form consists of a place to submit an electronic copy of one’s transcript (a 3.75+ cumulative weighted GPA is required). To submit one’s transcript, one should log on to Infinite Campus, access their unofficial transcript, and save it to their Google Drive. They may then upload their saved transcript to the Google Form when asked.
New member applicants must also send one teacher of their choice (who is currently teaching them or taught them the prior semester) the below teacher recommendation form. In order to do so, each applicant must make a copy a link of the form, then send it directly to their desired teacher.

Once members have been accepted, they will then receive an email instructing them to pay their dues. Do not pay dues until you receive your acceptance email instructing you to do so.
